It is time for something different again! This year AEGEE-Utrecht is organizing a surf trip in the summer, so grab your chance to try something new! The surf trip is open to everyone (also members of other locals!), whether you've surfed before or never at all, there are options for every level! And for those who don't fancy surfing themselves, but would like to come along: there will be plenty of fun things to do for you too!

*Subscription is through the subscription link that Surfawhile sent to us. If you subscribe through the website of AEGEE-Utrecht, you will receive this link through the mail. When you subscribe via the link of Surfawhile, you pay an advance of at least 99 euros pp (and max. 20% of the total amount), the rest of the amount has to be transferred to the organisation in April or May. You don't pay anything through AEGEE.
What if the trip can't happen due to corona? There are several possible scenarios for this:
A participant got corona and has to go into quarantine (can provide evidence with an official document that proves the positive test) → full restitution of the paid money for the trip
The border between the Netherlands and France is closed for vacation-related traffic which results in the trip being cancelled → all participants receive a restitution of the paid money for the trip, minus 50 euros pp. This money is a voucher for a surf trip at Star Surf (booked through Surfawhile) which can be used in 2021 or 2022.
The camp of Star Surf Camp is not opened during the scheduled week → a full restitution will take place for all participants
Cancellation because of another reason → Surfawhile will use the normal booking terms and conditions, these can be found on their website.
